GANTRY SYSTEM
Room gantry robot
For a wide variety of tasks, SARVA offers robot portals as surface, line and room portals. igus portals contain pre-configured drylin linear modules and linear axes with igus stepper motors as well as all components required for self-assembly.
Application examples
Typical applications of our space portal robots are pick and place, conveyor belt picking and stacking tasks in three-dimensional space. In most cases, the space portal robot provides the platform on which our customers build their application. Picking tasks can be implemented very quickly in connection with a gripper or suction cup.

SCARA ROBOT
The SCARA is compatible with the igus Robot Control for SCARA robots. The igus® Robot Control enables a simple and intuitive ystem for robot control and programming, making it easy to get started with automation. The modular design makes it possible to control various igus kinematics, such as delta robots. The delta robot can be controlled directly with all its advantages using our igus® Robot Control .
The free-of-charge, licence-free igus Robot Control software is integrated into the control system and thus makes use of a uniform operating concept and consistent communication services for many components of a system. This means less project planning effort and faster commissioning.
The igus® Robot Control is not a component of the part and can optionally be purchased from us. A master control system is not necessary.

DELTA ROBOT
The Sarva's Delta System enables a simple and intuitive robot control system and programming, making it an easy entry into automation. COBOT
The product name ReBeL stands for" Robotic Embedded-BLDC& electronics Link". The robot is ideally suited for cobot applications due to its compact and lightweight design. This makes it particularly suitable for assembly tasks, quality inspection tasks and the service area. The ReBeL can lift a payload of up to 2 kg. Each of its individual joints can be rotated almost 360°. Optionally, we offer the robot with four, five or six degrees of freedom, as well as with or without a control system.

Medical device products

Our plastics for movement have been used successfully for many years in imaging diagnostics, intensive care, therapy, eye and dental medicine. Our e-chains and cables carry data and energy safely and without interference, for example in ceiling pendants of X-ray equipment and Bucky tables. They are developed for a wide range of motion types and speeds and are also available for tight installation spaces with small bend radii.
Our bearings have excellent coefficients of friction and are free from external lubrication. As a result, they do not attract dirt and remain clean and hygienic. They ensure precise movements in infusion and dialysis pumps and smooth and maintenance-free adjustments of treatment units in dentistry and ophthalmology.
Another advantage of our motion plastics: they are radiation-resistant, non-ferromagnetic, highly durable and quiet.
